25 Years Of POM: Spotlight on Chris Bisbee

As Pace-O-Matic celebrates 25 years in business, we’re shining a light on the dedicated employees who have helped shape our journey. Today, we’re spotlighting Chris Bisbee, whose career in computers and technology spans more than two decades and whose story is connected to the foundation of Pace-O-Matic.

His journey with computers began in 1997, when he started working on refurbished PCs and laptops. Just a year later, in 1998, he earned his A+ Certification and entered the world of warranty repair. During this time, Chris met Dan Trueblood and Patrick Harris at Champion Computer Products. A connection that would eventually introduce him to Michael and Karmin Pace, who were then running Suite One.

In January of 2011, Chris officially joined Pace-O-Matic, starting out in Customer Support alongside Chris O’Bier. After eight years serving customers directly, he transitioned to the IT department, working closely with Dan and Patrick once again. Most recently, since November 2021, he has been collaborating with Jen Marchese in the Velocity Customer Support department. His journey is a testament to the collaborative spirit at Pace-O-Matic, where everyone’s contributions are valued and recognized.

From the late ’90s, repairing laptops, to today, supporting customers and driving IT solutions, Chris has been a stable and integral part of POM’s growth story for more than a decade.

As we celebrate 25 years, we’re grateful for employees like Chris Bisbee, whose steady dedication continues to push Pace-O-Matic forward.
