Michael Pace
Founder
Michael Pace co-founded Digital Controls, pioneering the coin-operated video game industry with innovations like the Little Casino bar-top game and Cowboy Casino, the first interactive videodisc-based game. After founding US Games in 1986, he developed the Turbo 340 graphics controller board and the world's first electronic pull tab, Pot of Gold, positioning his companies as technological leaders. Michael founded Pace-O-Matic in 2000 after selling US Games.
Paul Goldean
President and CEO
Paul Goldean joined Pace-O-Matic in 2019, became President and COO in 2020, then was named CEO in 2023. With extensive experience in executive roles, Paul has led emerging markets and recovered distressed companies. He founded Redline 6 and held top positions, including CEO of Scottish Re Group Limited. Paul is a proud U.S. Army combat veteran.
Mike Barley
Chief Public Affairs Officer
Mike Barley oversees public affairs and government relations at Pace-O-Matic. Recognized as a top political strategist in Pennsylvania, Mike has managed numerous high-profile political campaigns and was previously a consultant for Long Nyquist & Associates. He holds a B.A. in English from Millersville University.
Frank Fina
Chief Operating Officer
Frank Fina has over 25 years of public service as a prosecutor, having worked at various federal and state levels, including the DOJ and PA Attorney General's Office. He played a pivotal role in high-profile prosecutions and holds degrees from Dickinson College and George Washington University.
Olaf Vancura
Chief, Product and Technology Strategy
Olaf has 30 years of experience in the gaming sector, with expertise in product development, invention, data analysis, research and development, marketing, and management. He is an accomplished game designer, having created many successful premium games. Vancura is also an inventor with over 80 U.S. patents and an extensive background in IP protection and brand licensing.
Jeanna Bouzek
Senior Vice President, Market Operations
Jeanna Bouzek is an expert in growing and sustaining gaming markets. She spent 17 years in the horse racing industry before joining Pace-O-Matic in 2018 as General Manager of Queen of Virginia Skill in Virginia. In 2022 she became Senior VP of Market Operations to oversee the operations of all Pace-O-Matic markets as well as manage the market administrators and market support teams. Jeanna holds a B.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Tony Brzezicki
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Tony Brzezicki brings over 30 years of HR management experience across various industries. He has led HR teams in talent management, compliance, and strategic planning. Tony holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Longwood University and certifications as SPHR and SHRM-SCP.
Chris O’Bier
Senior Vice President, Customer Support
Chris O’Bier leads Pace-O-Matic’s Customer Support team. Chris is the longest-tenured member of the Pace-O-Matic family, having started at the company in August 2005. The Customer Support team manages all sales and proudly works with customers to resolve any issues that may arise.

Beth Valenti
Senior Vice President, Accounting
Beth Valenti has 20+ years of progressive experience working in a variety of finance and accounting, human resources, and operations roles. She has served as a finance leader in multiple industries including the Department of Defense and AI software space. Her background includes leading M&A activities, company restructuring, and strategic financial decision making in highly regulated areas. She holds degrees from the University of Colorado, and Regis University.
Rachel Albritton
Senior Vice President, Communications
Rachel Albritton manages all internal and external communications for Pace-O-Matic. She offers over 15 years of experience leading communications, public relations, and grassroots strategies for diverse organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Rachel holds degrees in Political Science and Economics from Bellarmine University.
