Paul Goldean, President and CEO of Pace-O-Matic, has been selected as a Distinguished Member of the 75th Ranger Regiment, one of the highest honors awarded to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional service, leadership, and dedication to the Ranger legacy.
Goldean received the recognition during a reception hosted by the United States Army on June 24, 2026, at Fort Benning, Georgia.
The 75th Ranger Regiment is the U.S. Army’s premier special operations infantry force. Each year, only a select few individuals are chosen as Distinguished Members, recognizing those who exemplify the highest standards of courage, commitment, military excellence, and continued service beyond active duty.
The 1st Ranger Battalion Sua Sponte Foundation, a nonprofit organization of which Goldean is an active member, praised his lifelong commitment to the Ranger community.

He has personally contributed to the Rangers of the Regiment through his dedication to various causes and his goal of highlighting the 75th Ranger Regiment mission and its warriors.”
Distinguished Members are recognized for demonstrating exceptional leadership, tactical expertise, resilience, and unwavering dedication to the Ranger Creed. They represent the proud legacy of the Regiment and are considered among the very best of those who have served.

For Goldean, the recognition represents far more than an award. It reflects the lasting impact his military service continues to have on both his personal and professional life.
“It’s an incredible honor to be selected as a Distinguished Member of the 75th Ranger Regiment and, of course, to share this special moment with my wife and dear friends,” said Goldean. “I have never forgotten the training and values I learned while serving in the Rangers. I cherish the memories and think fondly of those with whom I served—some still with us and others we have lost. Their impact on me lasts to this day and pushes me to carry out the Ranger mission in everything I do, personally and professionally. I am forever grateful for every day I served in the Rangers.”
Continuing the Ranger Mission
Goldean remains deeply committed to supporting the Ranger community long after his military service.
For many years, he has hosted annual events that recognize the accomplishments of Rangers, their families, and Gold Star families. He has also invited members of the Ranger community to attend high-profile national events, helping shine a spotlight not only on individual service members but also on the mission and legacy of the 75th Ranger Regiment.
His continued efforts reflect the values that earned him this prestigious recognition and his belief that military service extends far beyond time in uniform.
A Career Built on Leadership
Goldean served as a Squad Leader in the U.S. Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment from 1986 to 1991. After leaving active duty, he earned a Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at El Paso.
Throughout his career, Goldean has founded and led several successful organizations, including Redline 6, and held executive leadership positions at multiple companies, including serving as CEO of Scottish Re Group Limited (NYSE).
He joined Pace-O-Matic in 2019, became President and Chief Operating Officer in 2020, and was named President and CEO in 2023.
Today, Goldean continues to embody the principles of the Ranger Creed while leading Pace-O-Matic and encouraging fellow veterans to continue supporting the mission long after their military service has ended.
